Halloween OOTD - Costume Work in Progress..

So, I'm working on putting my costume together for the upcoming Halloween season..   I don't typically do a lot of customizing unless I -have- to;  I have a sewing machine and all that but I hate pattern bashing, so I tend to costume on what I call the "hunt-and-gather" method.  

So, with that in mind.. with the recent release of HP6:  Half Blood Prince, combined with having bought myself a gorgeous wand at the local Ren Faire this summer, my roomate and I have decided to have a combination housewarming / halloween / congratulations party for Halloween weekend with a Harry Potter theme.   So I've been working on a costume, as I want to cosplay as  a Hogwarts student - (also great for cons, the upcoming release of Deadly Hallows next year, etc.)
