Apr. 18th, 2008 09:51 pmThings that shaped who I am today.. The Chipmunk adventure came out when I was 10. (Oh gods, it's 20 years old now??) I was just beginning to hit the inklings of puberty, I think, because I remember crushing sooooo hard on Eleanor, even back then.
Looking back now, this is yet another of these things that make SO MUCH MORE SENSE now that I'm a girl. (As in, Ohhhhh, THAT's WHY!) Of course, looking at this, I'm also amazed at just how sexy they were able to make this. You'd think that it would almost be too much back then. Ahh well, no complaints, just basking. Also, looking at this makes me realize where a lot of Sabrina came from -- I didn't just crush on Ellie, I essentially -am- Ellie.
Besides, this is such a great Video, and in a way, sums up that whole gender battle quite nicely -- So I give you "The Girls of Rock & Roll!"
