Job Fuckery..
Aug. 17th, 2007 02:35 pmGot a phone call from HR today while on vacation..
They cancelled the class that I was to be trained in, due to budget. Basically, what that means, per the phone call today, is that my job position transfer offer has been withdrawn.
While obviously, I'm not out of work, I just had my chain yanked around for the past month or so. I don't know if I'm still going to get the slight pay increase I was offered, I dunno what's gonna happen to my schedule, all I know is that I get to keep working the area I'm in for the next couple of months.. and then I get to go back to my old area. Seeing as I've been kicked out of my desk already in my old area, this'll be fun.
