Shitty shitty crap crap..

First off.. I've been fighting a cold all weekend. I probably shouldn't have gone to NEO on Friday, but damnit, I haven't done anything cool like that in forever, and Dave and I have both been putting off "fun stuff" to be responsible for far too long.

So what does that mean?

However, we got the new carpeting installed in the two bedrooms today. Pictures will be soon. I have Before & In-progress shots already taken.. now I just have to take "After" shots.

In other fun news, I happen to be a free user on LJ's "FiletMignon" cluster. Wheeeeee! Which, according to their status page means I will have happy fun problems logging in and accessing my journal for more than a week while they wait for upgraded hardware. Paid Users are not affected, so I'm probably going to end up paying for 3 months or something.

Meantime.. I'd like to state for the record that I have the best-est wife in the whole world. She's worried about me and takes care of me and makes me dinner when I feel bad and rubs my neck and gives me great hugs so I feel better.
